The Coimbra Stand Up Paddle club was created in 2015 at Coimbra by athletes with wide experience and track record in water sports namely kitesurfing and windsurfing, with the aim of developing and promoting the sport and providing all the fantastic experiences of Stand Up Paddle. The Coimbra Stand Up Paddle club has its own facilities and equipment and counts on a team with extensive experience in sports activities and organizations. The tourism aspect is also present in the club which provides river tours, training courses and manage tourists visiting in Coimbra.
